1- How can I take the single course exam and what are the conditions?
To take the single course exam, you must have only one failed course. You must fill out a petition and submit it to the student affairs office. If you failed due to absenteeism or haven't taken the course before, you cannot take the exam. Attendance and course registration are mandatory (Final Year Students).
2- How can I take the make-up exam and what are the conditions?
Make-up exams are only organized for midterms. A valid excuse supported by documentation is required. Submit the petition along with the document to student affairs.
3- Can a family member or friend collect my temporary graduation certificate or diploma after graduation?
Yes, but a notarized power of attorney is required for someone else to collect your certificate or diploma.
4- What should I do for course exemption procedures?
If you transferred or previously studied at another university, bring your transcript and fill out a course exemption petition to submit to student affairs. Please check the application dates with student affairs.
5- How can I receive my temporary graduation certificate?
If you have no failed courses, you can graduate. After completing the clearance form and returning your student ID, you can receive the certificate. If your ID is lost, publish a notice in a local newspaper and submit a copy to student affairs.
6- How can I receive my diploma?
If you haven't received a temporary certificate before, complete the clearance form and submit your ID to receive your diploma. If you already received the temporary certificate, return it to student affairs when collecting the diploma. If lost, publish a notice in a local newspaper and submit a copy.
7- I lost my student ID. How can I get a new one?
Apply to student affairs and fill out a petition to receive a new student ID.
8- I changed my phone number and no longer receive my exam results via SMS. How can I update my number?
Log in to the student automation system and update your phone number under the contact information section.
9- Can I update my profile picture through the student automation system?
Yes, you can change your profile picture, but it will be reviewed by student affairs. If found inappropriate, it will be rejected. If appropriate, it will be approved.
10- Where can I get the gown and cap for the graduation ceremony?
Apply to student affairs one week before the ceremony and submit your student ID to receive the gown and cap. Students who fail to return them after the ceremony cannot receive their documents.
11- How can I freeze my enrollment?
Submit a petition to student affairs. If your reason is deemed valid, your enrollment freeze will be accepted and officially notified.
12- How can I cancel my enrollment?
Submit a petition to student affairs to request cancellation of your enrollment.
13- I received a lower grade than expected. What should I do?
Submit a petition to student affairs to appeal your grade. If approved by the instructor, your exam paper will be reviewed and the reason will be explained. If an error is found, it will be corrected.
